Mr. Dohadwala has been associated with schools as the Academic Head/Pedagogical Leader for middle, secondary and high schools for over 16 years. He has established and managed over 10 schools in India and Belgium. Additionally, he has spearheaded the design and launch of initiatives such as Business Forums, Masterclass Series of Talks, TEDx Youth Events, Career Counselling Programmes and 21st-century Skills Programmes.

Mr. Dohadwala has completed his Post-graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta, is a Certified Public Accountant in Delaware (the United States of America) and completed his Bachelor of Education from the University of Mumbai.

Since 2013, he has been working with the IB Organisation as a School Visit Team Leader, Workshop Leader and Consultant to develop new schools in the Asia-Pacific region as IB World Schools. He is a Google Certified Educator and has trained thousands of state, national curriculum and international board teachers on efficiently using technology in the teaching and learning process. He has won several awards in education, one such being the Edupreneur of the Year Award by the Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry, India. He regularly contributes to leading newspapers regarding the diverse aspects of school education.
