Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

If you are highly organized with an eye for detail and have the necessary communication and people skills to motivate others, this position is for you. You will be responsible for working with the school leadership team to plan and implement the curricula and new initiatives at the school (CBSE, Cambridge Lower Secondary, Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma)

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To liaise between the School Chairman/leadership team and Crimson Team
  • Partner with the school leadership team to understand and execute Team Crimson’s recommendations & policy enhancements.
  • Lead/support new initiatives such as Project-based learning, hybrid school model etc.
  • Monitor the progress of specific assignments
  • Generates and provides weekly reports to Management
  • Manage deadlines and workflow, and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Class observations & providing constructive feedback to teachers for improvement
  • Oversee the school marketing campaigns (offline and online) – including updating the website.
  • Actively participate in Governing Board meetings
  • Create and lead learning and development programs and initiatives for teachers
  • Oversee the maintenance of compliance with CBSE & IB Boards with the respective school heads
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with leadership, teachers, team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Leadership: As the primary point of contact, you must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving goals.
  • Organization and time management: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Managing the daily activities and needs of an entire residential school leadership team, teachers, non-teaching & support staff requires an excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time.
  • Using Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the school’s ERP & management systems.

 

Education and Experience:

Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate degree with a teacher training qualification (B.Ed).

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience in CBSE & IB/Cambridge schools
