Curriculum Coordinator

Job Purpose – Works under the direction of the Academic Leadership Team at Crimson Education to ensure an educationally effective environment in all our schools

Job Description:

• Working closely with school principals to provide academic support

• Lead/support new initiatives such as Project-based learning, hybrid school model etc.
• Review and recommend textbooks and other educational materials
• Observe work of teaching staff to evaluate the performance
• Provide feedback based on individual observations and student performance data
• Train teachers and other instructional staff in new content or technology
• Mentor or coach teachers in skill improvement
• Assist the schools in becoming NEP (National Education Policy 2020) Compliant
• Work as a team member in content development to develop relevant, engaging content.
• Analysing student test data and working with the school leadership team to address learning gaps
• Generates and provides weekly reports to Management
• Research trends in instructional methods and educational technology

Education and Experience:

Preferably with a teacher training qualification (B.Ed).

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience in a CBSE school.
